For customers
See the actual review sources, sample sizes and evidence. Write an honest review of any rating without pressure, rewards or automatic publishing. A business's payment must not decide whether negative opinions are visible.
Understand what customers have shared through approved ONRUMA reviews, with clear sample sizes and source evidence. Official Google summaries and ONRUMA customer-approved reviews are always shown separately. Approval is not proof that a person visited.

Preparing verified, source-labeled review insights.
Checking sample size and reliability.
Only customer-approved ONRUMA reviews are analyzed here. Private feedback and pending reviews are excluded. We do not claim to have analyzed every Google review.
REAL CUSTOMER WORDING
Only explicitly favorable or critical language in approved ONRUMA reviews is counted. Mixed or unclear wording is excluded. These are not Google review statistics.
WHAT PEOPLE ARE TALKING ABOUT
A topic’s share = approved ONRUMA reviews mentioning the topic ÷ approved ONRUMA reviews analyzed. One review can mention multiple topics, so shares may total over 100%. Sentiment requires explicit same-sentence wording and is not inferred from overall stars. These are descriptive figures, not Google review statistics.
FOR PRACTICAL IMPROVEMENT
Suggestions are derived only from repeated explicit criticism in customer-approved ONRUMA reviews. They are prompts to verify an issue, not proof that a business performed poorly.
Pilot threshold: at least 10 approved reviews analyzed, at least 3 explicit critical mentions of a topic, and critical mentions representing at least 5% of analyzed reviews. Private feedback and unapproved public reviews are never shown here.
Explore ONRUMA for business owners →FAIR FOR EVERYONE
Customer experiences deserve to be heard even when they are negative. Businesses deserve actionable feedback and fair review processes—not a mechanism to erase criticism.
See the actual review sources, sample sizes and evidence. Write an honest review of any rating without pressure, rewards or automatic publishing. A business's payment must not decide whether negative opinions are visible.
Understand recurring strengths and concerns. Private review-integrity checks can highlight repeated wording or unusual timing for human investigation, but they cannot label a customer dishonest, remove a review or certify authenticity.
Review Integrity checks use only customer-consented ONRUMA public-review submissions. They do not authenticate authors or analyze all Google reviews. An AI-assisted review is not automatically suspicious. Read our pilot review principles.
See what other visitors wrote, or write your own honest review. Every star rating is welcome.
FOR BUSINESS WEBSITES
Like established review platforms, ONRUMA can be linked from your website. The public widget below shows source-labeled, live ONRUMA analysis only when actual approved feedback is available. Google Maps reviews remain on Google Maps.

Google Maps summaries are shown as Google supplies them. ONRUMA reviews are analyzed separately.
We distinguish the number of customer reviews analyzed from a business's total Google review count.
Topics appear only when actual customer reviews mention them. The customer can open and read the source excerpts.
Business owners can test transparent topic counts, strengths, concerns and supporting excerpts using permitted review text in their own browser. This is not automatic Google review retrieval.
