Customer control
Customers review and edit the draft before deciding whether to publish. Public consent is separate and unchecked by default.
Fair, informed customer choices and constructive business improvement belong together. These are our pilot review principles, not an independent review-authenticity certification or a final legal privacy policy.
Customers review and edit the draft before deciding whether to publish. Public consent is separate and unchecked by default.
All customers, including those leaving low ratings, receive equal access to available Google and Apple review options. They finish on those platforms.
Customers can choose a writing style, but draft suggestions must reflect only the rating and experience they report. Customers must be able to review and edit every word. The service must not invent experiences or change ratings.
Private ONRUMA feedback stays separate from consent-approved public reviews. Verified merchant accounts have scoped access to their own information. Reviews are not automatically published to Google.
A positive rating does not earn special treatment. Negative reviews are not rejected just because of a low score. All genuine customer experiences deserve fair treatment; spam or privacy violations require independent content-policy review.
Private owner tools may highlight repeated wording and unusual submission timing among customer-consented ONRUMA public reviews. Indicators are preliminary, require context, and never automatically remove reviews or change ratings. AI writing assistance alone is not evidence of dishonesty.
To review an online business pilot request, ONRUMA asks for business and contact names, email, city/state, business type, optional website, business goals and separate contact consent. The application record is kept for up to 90 days. An uninvited applicant can view status or withdraw using the private one-time tracking link.
Business owners must independently approve Google account access, any AI processing of review text, and automatic owner replies. Google-sourced temporary review queue items expire within 14 days. An application does not start a subscription, marketing messages or automatic public replies.
The current interactive demo uses local writing templates, not a connected AI model. Nothing is saved to ONRUMA or posted to Google or Apple. No payment or account details are collected.
