How do Google owner replies work?

Google features require an authorized business connection and API access. Reply preparation and AI processing need separate business consent. Conditional automatic replies are limited to eligible simple five-star praise after a minimum 30-minute hold; negative, mixed or sensitive reviews require owner approval. A demo never publishes a reply.

What is Review Integrity?

A private owner tool can highlight unusually similar wording or review-volume patterns in eligible ONRUMA submissions. A pattern is not proof of a fake review, and it does not automatically remove reviews or change ratings.

Can I see the customer experience and public insights?

The customer feedback demo shows the voluntary review-writing flow. Public review insights label their sources and sample sizes. The business directory pilot is a separate consumer-facing area, not a complete nationwide directory.
