ONRUMA.

FOR SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS

Customer feedback and review management for small businesses.

Collect honest feedback with QR codes, understand what customers like and what needs attention, and prepare professional review replies in one dashboard.

Currently in pilot. Demo data is illustrative. Google features require an authorized business connection.

HOW IT WORKS

Collect feedback. Understand it. Take action.

One simple journey from a customer's experience to a better business decision.

01

Collect honest feedback

Customers scan your QR code or open your link and share their experience. They choose what to write and whether to share it publicly.

For the customer: a straightforward way to be heard.

02

Understand the patterns

See the praise and concerns in approved ONRUMA reviews, with the source and sample size explained. Private feedback stays separate.

For the business: know what deserves attention.

03

Reply and improve

Prepare professional replies and decide what to change. Google replies need business authorization; negative or sensitive reviews need owner approval.

For both: a more constructive conversation.

A SIMPLE EXAMPLE

A customer comment becomes a clear next step.

This fictional example shows the workflow—not a real customer's review or measured business result.

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

Hear the whole experience.

“The staff were friendly, but I waited a long time for my order.”

WHAT THE BUSINESS SEES

Keep praise and concerns.

Waiting timeConcern

One comment does not prove a recurring pattern. Real analysis reports how many reviews support each theme.

REPLY + IMPROVEMENT

Follow up thoughtfully.

“Thank you for sharing your experience. We appreciate your feedback about the team and the wait.”

Possible next step: Check peak-hour waiting times before deciding what to change.

BEFORE YOU START

A few clear answers.

Who is ONRUMA for?

Small businesses that want a simpler way to collect customer feedback, understand recurring opinions and manage their responses. Examples include cafés, salons and local service businesses.

Is the demo a real business account?

No. The business demo is free to explore without an account and uses clearly labeled fictional data. Real pilot accounts require an application and independent business verification.

Does ONRUMA post customers' Google reviews automatically?

No. Customers decide what to publish and complete posting on Google or Apple themselves. A business owner's reply to an existing Google review is a separate feature, with its own authorization and approval controls.

Does the analysis include every Google review?

No. ONRUMA public-review insights use approved ONRUMA submissions. Google features need an authorized business connection and API access. Data sources are labeled rather than combined into an invented score.

Do I need a new website to use ONRUMA?

No. Website design and care are separate, optional services. They are not a requirement for requesting access to the review-management pilot.
